Via Veritas Sæculum XXI (VVSXXI) Effective Date: June 29, 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using vveritas.sbs (the “Site”) or purchasing any products from Via Veritas Sæculum XXI (“VVSXXI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About VVSXXI

VVSXXI is an independently operated online store selling religious articles and related products to customers worldwide. References to “we,” “us,” or “VVSXXI” throughout these Terms refer to this independent business operation.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You also confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your country of residence.

3. Products

  • VVSXXI sells religious articles, including but not limited to images, statues, rosaries, medals, books, and devotional items.

  • Product descriptions, images, and prices are presented as accurately as possible, but minor variations in color, size, material, or finish may occur due to handcrafting, photography, or differences between display screens.

  • Some items may be described as “blessed.” Unless explicitly stated otherwise, such blessings are performed informally and do not constitute an official act, certification, or endorsement by any specific parish, diocese, or ecclesiastical authority. VVSXXI is an independent commercial seller and is not an official representative of the Catholic Church or any religious institution.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in product information, pricing, or availability at any time, without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payment

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) under these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

  • Prices are listed in the currency shown on the Site at checkout and may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

  • Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and shipped, through the payment methods made available on the Site.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Shipping and International Orders

  • VVSXXI ships internationally. Shipping costs, delivery times, and available carriers vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon arrival of the shipment. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing, postal services, carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving lost or significantly delayed shipments.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Returns and Exchanges Policy, available on the Site, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by us.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and design, is the property of VVSXXI or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws, except where content depicts traditional religious imagery or public domain works.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site’s content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VVSXXI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or delays in delivery. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
