Ancient and detailed devotional engraving in baroque style dedicated to Saint Notburga, as revealed by the Latin inscription on the banner supported by two winged angels at the top: “SANCTA NOTBVRGA ORA PRO NOBIS” (Saint Notburga, pray for us). The central figure of the saint appears crowned and surrounded by a soft, resplendent aura, holding a multitude of small children and babies in her apron or cloak, in a representation that highlights her traditional role as protector and benefactor. In the background, a landscape unfolds that includes a fortified castle on the left and a church with a bell tower on the right, as well as a small child lying on the ground in the lower right corner, with the entire composition richly constructed through hatching that gives depth and classic textures to the sacred illustration.
